To kickstart your journey we have the privilege of hosting Mindset and Well-being coach Kaye Vlachos.
Kaye will guide you towards cultivating a positive mindset and help align your mind, body, and soul.
Kaye, a former elite soccer player, (think Matildas) specializes in empowering women and elite athletes to unlock their full potential.

Talking Nutrition with Lydia Sutakowsky
Lydia has over 30 years experience as a dietician working in private practice, hospitals, public health and at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Prior to studying dietetics, she spent two years working in a molecular genetics lab at UQ which forged her lifelong interest in science and evidence based medicine.
Lydia is an inspiring presenter with a wealth of information for you to put into everyday practice.

Inbody Scans
An InBody Scan is a non-invasive (think standing on a scale), comprehensive assessment of your entire body.
At the beginning of the 28 day reset program, we conduct an initial scan, which provides an insightful snapshot of your internal health. This snapshot includes vital information about your body, such as muscle mass, hydration levels, and visceral fat content.
Towards the end of the program, we perform a second scan to track and measure the progress over the 28 day program to see the changes to your internal health.
Your first scan is scheduled for Friday, October 20th.

Sunday Fun days
Every Sunday during the 28 days, enjoy social and adventurous activities that foster support and personal growth.
Activities will include stand-up paddle boarding, water aerobics, scenic walks, and mountain hikes.
